We are Marc and Marleen, born and raised in Limburg(Belgium) with a great love for sun, sea and the Spanish “Alegría de vivir”. Our dream of having our own place under the Spanish sun has come true in Casa Samia. Here we feel completely at home and enjoy the small, fine things in life intensely. We would love to share that freedom and that ultimate holiday feeling with you.

• Luxury Kitchen: Fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
• Dolce gusto: Includes Dolce Gusto coffee machine and toaster.
• Comfort: Air conditioning (everywhere), TV and free Wi-Fi.
• Practical: Washing machine, iron and linen (bed and bath linen) are provided.

> Bedrooms and bathrooms

• Master bedroom: Comfortable double bed (160x200cm).
• Second bedroom: Two single beds (90x200cm).
• Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating and a hairdryer.
• Extras: Beach towels (4) are provided.
• Privacy: All windows have shutters.

> Terrace & Accommodation

• Large Terrace: Enjoy the sun with two sun loungers.
• Swimming pool: Access to the communal swimming pool, including a separate children’s pool.

> Fitness: Use of the shared fitness room.

> Parking: Secure underground car park included.

Airport: Alicante airport approx. 45 minutes drive away.

Rules & House Information

• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment
• Pets: Pets are not allowed
• Swimming pool: The use of inflatable swimming pool items (blow-up toys) is not permitted when the pool is very busy

💰 Booking and Cancellation Conditions Cost overview

• Security deposit: €250.00 per stay
• Final cleaning: €130.00 per stay
• Energy: 85 kWh per week are included in the rental price
• Additional consumption will be charged at €0.35 per kWh.

Payment and Cancellation Conditions

• Reservation: Your booking is final after payment of 40% of the rental price within 5 days of reservation.
• Balance: The remaining amount (rental price + final cleaning) must be paid 30 days before the start of the rental period.
• Cancellation: The tenant will be charged the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation
• From 60 days (inclusive) to 30 days before the start date: 50% of the rental price.
• From 30 days before the start date: 100% of the rental price.
• Total price: rental price + security deposit + final cleaning

Please leave the place clean: empty the refrigerator, wash the dishes and take out the rubbish. Excessive mess may result in additional costs. Report any damage or complaints about the property directly to the owner or keyholder. Your cooperation helps us maintain our quality standards. In the event of a reported problem, a reminder will be issued. In the event of a repeat offence, removal without refund. The accommodation must be occupied according to the number of people specified in the booking. In the event of overcrowding, the landlord may charge additional costs or refuse access.
